Lucy is a determined individual with a firm approach to her daily tasks and she makes
processing policy changes look like an easy task. She demonstrates strong confidence
in decision-making and when it comes to verifying required coverage with our clients,
she makes sure everything is thoroughly explained and checked.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She also
believes that taking risks on new adventures is an inevitable part of her life, including
parachuting.
