Monika walked in to ENSURE with open mind as Transportation was new subject to her
back in 2020. Thru the years she has learned the process and became our trusted
member of our team. She manages the back-end process of insured’s changes to the
policies; making sure clients’ change requests were processed by the insurance
company correctly and billing is processed as well.
